1. Services

MiniMakers provides mobile craft workshops and themed parties for children aged 3 to 9. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.

Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event we must cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians must ensure:

Children who have are supervised during sessions.

Any allergies or special needs are communicated in advance.

Consent is provided for participation and any photography, if applicable.

Support for Children with Additional Needs

At MiniMakers, we warmly welcome all children to take part in our creative sessions. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every participant, children with additional needs who require one-to-one support or have a formal care plan (including EHCPs or other educational statements) must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or assigned carer throughout the session.

Please note that our staff are not trained or responsible for providing specialist individual care. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe and positive environment for all MiniMakers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, and materials, are the property of MiniMakers and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

MiniMakers is not liable for:

Personal injury or loss resulting from misuse of materials.

Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to the event.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
